 Congratulations to our latest client who recently purchased a condo in the Art Museum Residences designed by renowned architect, Daniel Libeskind. The building is located directly across from the Denver Art Museum. These modern contemporary units, built in 2006, are stunning. The 56 units are contained in an L-shaped building with seven-stories. The units boast gorgeous views, 9.5 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, walk in closets, upgraded appliances and cabinetry, terraces, and building amenities including a guest suite, landscaped roof-top entertaining venue, and a separate and secure parking garage. The prime location offers convenient access to Downtown Denver. From the Studio Libeskind website project description: "The Museum Residences sit directly across the plaza from the iconic extension to the Denver Art Museum, also by Studio Libeskind. Clad in a translucent glass skin and shard-like metal panels the Residences complement the titanium-clad Museum.
