 How can we be less than a month into Winter? Ugh! Guess I'll eat my sadness. :) My sister in law shared this yummy skillet chicken pot pie recipe with me and I made it for dinner tonight. I mean, how can you go wrong with Pillsbury Grands? Note: On the advice of my SIL, I let the carrots cook longer to ensure they were soft and then doubled the liquids (and added a little more flour) because the Grands soak up a lot of juice.
